All wine products from Leal Enterprise ("the Company") are sold to customers of 18 years of age or above only.  Who complete an order with the Company for wine products will automatically declared their age is 18 or above.

This offer is without commitment before confirmation.  No refund or exchange will be given once goods are received and terms of sales are accepted.  Goods will remain as property of the Company until payment has been fully made.  Prices are subject to change without any notice, and all stock is sold on a first come first served basis.  The Company reserves the right of final decision on any dispute.

If a bottle of wine is considered to be faulty, it should be returned at once for examination.  No complaint can be entertained unless this condition is observed.  Customers are requested to examine the goods at the time of delivery and advise us as soon as possible of any deficiencies and/or breakages.
