Delivery Terms
For your convenience, Leal Enterprise ("the Company") offers free delivery (single location only) for orders of HK$800 or above. A fee of (min. HK$50) will be charged for orders under HK$800.
Delivery service will be available only for location in Hong Kong. (Within Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. A fee of HK$100 up will be charged for New Territories, location beyond city limits* and Tung Chung location. Outlying islands are not covered by our delivery service.).
Expected delivery date within 5 days once order is confirmed. Deliveries will be made from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturdays (excluding Hong Kong public holidays). You can view the estimated delivery date on our confirmation notice or call our office at our business hour.
You will be required to sign the delivery note when you accept deliveries. The Company reserve the rights to charge a separate delivery fee if you are not available to accept delivery at the arranged delivery time. For same day delivery order, the Company may charge an additional cost for delivery.
In the event that typhoon signal No.8 or above, Black Rain Storm warning being hoisted, we may not proceed any order on schedule, customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.
*North of Kowloon: beyond Shatin, East of Kowloon: beyond Yau Tong, West of Kowloon: beyond Tsuen Wan, East of HK Island: beyond Heng Fa Chuen, South of HK Island: all locations, West of HK Island: beyond Sai Ying Pun.
